Melarova Baking is based in Corvallis, Oregon and is owned and run by Sue Queisser who has been refining these recipes for 20+ years. A process engineer and food scientist by trade, her first love has always been baking.
Growing up in a house filled with the flavors of Eastern Europe (her dad's first language was Hungarian) her connection to that part of the world continued when she married a German! Basically, a neurotic perfectionist when it comes to baked goods, her creed is that things should not only taste fabulous but should be gorgeous too!
